- United States: 5-10 Business Days
- Canada: 10-20 Business Days
- Australia: 4-12 Business Days
- United Kingdom: 4-12 Business Days
- Rest of World: 7-21 Business Days
All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1-4 business days. Please allow 4-20 business days for delivery via our standard shipping option. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
We Ship from: Norway, USA, China. Depending on your location and product availability in each of our warehouses, your Synthealth order will be shipped from a location that will ensure the fastest delivery to your door.
SHIPPING INFORMATION:
- Our international shipping times will vary depending on location (from 7-21 days).
- Our average shipping time to the US and most European countries is around 7 business days, though it can be as few as 4 and as many as 20. In exceptional cases of particularly high demand you may have to wait 35 days.
- We do offer a 35-day shipping guarantee. If your product doesn’t reach you in that time, we will send you a replacement completely for free, at no cost to you. Simply contact us at support@synthealth.com.
1. Shipping Delays: We aim to get your order delivered as soon as possible, however due to popular demand and COVID restrictions we are experiencing delays in shipping times. Orders are delivered to their final destinations via Yodel.
2. Attempted Deliveries/Inaccurate Address: When our couriers attempt to deliver your order but are not able to you must get in touch with the courier to arrange for your order to be re-delivered or collected as soon as possible. If you do not arrange for it to be re-delivered or collected before it is returned back to us you must pay a re-shipping fee of up to $15.
Couriers will do everything they can to ensure this does not happen, however in the rare case this does happen we have to pay the courier for it to be returned back to us or else it will be marked down as lost and be disposed. If your order has been marked as "returned to sender" get in touch with us immediately via email at support@synthealth.com and we can go through the process of getting it sorted out.
3. Tracking Your Order: We ship all of our orders with free tracked shipping, your are able to track your order every step of the way either on our website or through our courier. To track your order check your inbox 24 hours after placing your order to find your tracking number, you can also use your order number and email address to track your order if you cant find your order confirmation email.
4. Final Notes: We know you are very exited to get your Synthealth products and we are doing everything we can to reduce this time as much as possible.
